I need make-up that's pretty cheap. I mean like, would stuff from Wal-Mart be good. I need stuff that would be cheap for my mom and dad, not like Mac because they're foundation is like $15+, and that's too expensive. I know Avon's good, but where else?

Check out www.elfcosmetics.com. EVERYTHING is only $1. You can also purchase the line in some drug/department stores. I was sceptical but tried it and it rocks!!!! If you can't buy it in a store where you live, you can order it and it only costs $5 (no matter how much you buy!!!) for shipping. It's great fun...check it out :) Oh, and it has been featured in MANY fashion mags as you'll see on their website.

Covergirl, Revlon, and Almay can all be found at Wal-Mart, and the prices aren't bad at all. Try just getting the essentials - foundation, mascara, lip gloss, if you don't have a lot of money. When you get some free spending money, get a few shades of eye shadow, some blush, etc.

Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target... they all carry Neutrogena, my personal favorite. I've found that Maybelline turns orange on my skin after 4 hours or so. You may have to endure some trial and error. In Little Rock... Drug Emporium carries Bonne Bell. They've got some REALLY cheap products that are surprising decent.

A really good and inexpensive make-up is Loreal. This you will be able to get at any drug store. The reason I recommend it, because it's made by the same company who makes Estee Lauder, which is used by most celebrities, fashion stylist and make-up artist, it's expensive but great. Loreal is like the baby sister of Estee.

I would say Physicians you can get it at Wal-mart, Target etc. They have Mineral makeup & it would be better for your skin & pretty well priced than other mineral makeups. I've seen good write ups in magazines on this makeup.

The best that is cheap is L'oreal. Use that one and you can buy it in most pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens or in Wal Mart.

CoverGirl and Maybelline can be found in almost all department stores and groceries. They are carded and sealed for your protection. They both have a complete line with lots of colors and shades to choose from. Hypoallergenic and good quality. And inexpensive. too.

Hmmm... cheap makeup? Are you sure that's what you want? Lip gloss, lipliner, shimmer, etc. are sold at the dollar store, but you may want to splurge a little on foundation and eye makeup.
