Men...because women don't care what size it is as long as it works! Bigger is not always better, and what's most important is the guy it's attached to. "Performance" is just icing on the cake.
And besides, like I told another questioner here a while back, no matter the size of a guy's penis when it's flaccid (i.e., just "hanging out"), most erect ones are approximately the same size, with a lot less range. Guys worry too much about comparing themselves to other guys and there's the machismo factor of "mine is bigger than yours".

No girl will ever tell you the truth on this one.
Take it from a guy who is well hung. Girls scream and yell and moan and groan and go crazy for a big one. I have had 2 MMF threesomes, both times the other guy was average size, and both times they were completely shocked by how their women reacted to my considerably bigger than average dick.
