Wipe off the sweat when you can and treat with a leather cleaner once in a while. Does driving make you anxious causing the heavy sweating?

put 100%, cotton towels over the seats during the hot days, change them often, they will smell of sweat after awhile.
spray leather, w/ FABREEZE,
let it dry before putting towels on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. don't soak the leather.

Shouldn't ruin it, but the salt might discolor it a little. Try saddle soap.
