You need to find a program that breaks into the operating system. It's a dos based program, you follow the steps and it deletes your password and it takes you back into windows. Sorry don't know the name of the program, but ask the question again on how to attain the program.

First, Get a pair of pliers, a standard head screwdriver, and a carpenter's hammer. Now, wedge the end of the screwdriver between the "H" and the "J" key on your keyboard. Next, take the pliers and grab onto the handle of the pliers. Remember to hold onto the pliers quite firmly and keep your fingers as far away from the screwdriver as possible. Finally, take the carpenter's hammer and bash it against your head repetitively!!! This is the only "guaranteed" way to fix this problem...

Well that was stupid... I would think that you could take it to a repairman and he could do it.
