Here are the instructions. My advice- do it straight ( only way to really enjoy and comprehend the coincidence of just how synchronized certain parts are)Make some popcorn and enjoy.
Dark Side of the Moon (1973) with The Wizard of Oz (1939) Instructions: Start the CD right after the third roar of the MGM lion. When the CD finishes, pause the movie. Restart the CD. After 8 seconds into the first song, unpause the movie.

I've done it (sober) and I would say it works. It's at least uncanny enough to be interesting. Some things really line up perfectly, nad if you listen to the lyrics, sometimes they will seem to relate to what is going on in the movie. Start the album the last time the MGM lion roars. I've heard you can put it on repeat and do the whole movie, but I don't think that's true, because I believe the origional would have been a record which you obviously couldn't put on repeat. Give it a try - it's fun!
