You need just the developer from a hair dye kit rub on to the stain it will lift the color but you then need to blot it out if you rub to much it will spread . Dont over saturate

Pour some club soda on it. That usually gets stains out of stuff if it's still fresh.

I dont think there is anything, especially if its permanent color
bleach coloring is even worse
