I am not overly technical, the computer is on dial up and my patients are thin. Help.

It is not listed under add/remove programs. It is a hijacker. I have looked it up, and found some fixes for it, but they are very involved. Looking for a quick fix if there is one.

Click START, select SETTINGS. Choose CONTROL PANEL. Select ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. Select Sysnet Security. Click ADD/REMOVE.
