As you begin to analyze anything further than is needed to comprehend the subject matter, you begin to reorganize the subject matter in different ways to check how it interacts in different situations. One anomaly of this is when you read a phrase or word repeatedly. Your mind will begin to try and reorganize the letters in what some might call a 'curiosity', leading you to believe that an error has appeared upon further analysis.
Some also believe that, like when you try solving a near-impossible math equation for your level of understanding, your brain will put in answers to fill the void without you really knowing the way to solve the problem. Even if you don't write them down, your mind with compute fake answers to keep trying to solve the problem. When a plain word is analysed the human mind might begin to see it as a problem and begin to 'fake' the results by telling you something is wrong with the word in question, ultimately allowing you to 'solve' it.

This happens with words that u speak aloud too often, that they begin to sound strange and unfamiliar.
I think that memory has to do with this. like when u see an apple, the word just pops up in yr mind and u say it. but keep on repeating the word and suddenly your brain just shoots up the question to u: what's that bizarre sound you are making with yr mouth? It's like emphasis is being laid on what is being articulated, yr attention drifting away from the real significnace or meaning that is attached to the word. (?)
