Yes, there are a whole lot of treatment options, starting with supportive legwear, through to cutting ("avulsing") the veins below the knee, and stripping from knee to groin.

Obviously, you would want to avoid surgery unless you were getting a lot of pain, or unwanted skin changes due to the varicosities.

You can get surgery to remove them if they're really bad. Ask your doctor about it.

They have a proceedure that is minor surgery to remove them. otherwise just cover up is all you can do.
