It really depends what city you live in, unless you're willing to travel to LA or New York for an audition. (I'm assuming you mean for movies, since that's the category you put it in.)

Check for casting agencies/talent agencies in your area, and register with them. Then you can go to their individual websites to see what's being cast.

If you're a union member, you can go to the SAG/AFTRA websites for casting.
