How do you feel about reading? Start with the old testament, work your way through to the new testament and then study the life and times of Gandhi. Cheese and crackers, man, Jesus was our Lord and saviour, a divine being, the light and the truth and the way to the Father. Gandhi was a man, sinful and fallible. As good a man as anybody may think he was he was still just a human. Un biased? make the comparison for yourself. It will take a little work. But you see if anyone of us answers this as I just did, you are going to get our bias. tis the way of things.

Both lived humble lives, taught about non-Violant activism & peaceful co-existance. They both saw the common man as being able to help himself through small deeds.
Gandhi said: "True non-violence is mightier than the mightiest violence."
Jesus said "blessed are the peacemaker, for they shall be call children of God." & "Blessed are those who hunger & thirst for rightousness. for they shall be filled."
Gandhi said: "Forgiveness is the quality of the brave, not of the cowardly." &" Prayer is a sign of repentance, a desire to become better, purer."
Jesus taught his apostles to pray for forgiveness, & His entire premise of salvation was about forgiveness.
Gandhi said: "Religions are not for separating men from one another, they are meant to bind them."
Jesus scolded the Pharisees for making laws that made it impossible for certain groups to obey the main law of God that was to love God & to show it through your love of your neighbor.
Gandhi said:" Harshness is conquered by gentleness, hatred by love, lethargy by zeal and darkness by light."
John the Baptist called Jesus the light of the world who had come to dispell the darkness. Jesus taught that the way to heaven was through love.
Gandhi said his life was the lesson.
Jesus said: "I am the Way, the Truth & the Life."
After all these similarities, here's the big difference: Gandhi said:
"I worship God as Truth only. I have not yet found Him, but I am seeking after Him."
But Jesus said that He & the Father are One. He knows God because He is God.

I suppose to start out they lived in different times. they were both men ogf truth and self evidence. Jesus was noted in the book of andrew as a sooth sayer and wise man who didnt perform any crazy miracles but was a teacher, a Sage.. same as ghandi, But they also lived in different parts of the world. theyre lives were about peace and knowledge, truths and wisdom. They were both Human..........
