uhhh no... he can say hi, but that's it. A 44 year old has nothing in common with a 16 year old therefore a friendship cannot be. He is probably a pervert.

He's probably on the verge of having sex with her, or at least wanting to. If this is your husband, then you need to be prepared for the worst. Especially in a year or two when she says she was molested by him. In my opinion, there is nothing good that will turn out from this. I wouldn't dream about being "friends" with a 16 year old. I sincerely hope this isn't your husband. If it is, then maybe you need to dump him, call her parents, and even call the cops. Best of luck to you........

It depends on what you mean by friend. A sunday school teacher, or a sports coach. If it is in a sexual way I think that is way wrong. Hope I was of some help.

if he finds himself having to explain in the first place that "we are just friends" then there is a problem. obvioulsy people are noticing something isn't right between these two to begin with, since they feel they need to even ask the question. it's not right and for what ever reason will never be right. she needs to get far far away from him or she will regret it later.

I think theres more going one between them then there telling you.I would call the cops on him or act like ur her mom and tell him look she's just 16 and what ur doing is considerd rape.
