It's a word that means 'using few but well used words'.

I think it has 'ack' as it's root, something like acklacity, ackliticity, but I'm not sure - that might actually be another word that I'm looking for.. can't find it in any dictionary or thesaurus..

This ever happen to you? Would appriciate any help..

Articulate is not correct, that means the ability to use many different words.

the first is the word you mentioned that didn't have the definition and the second word is the only one I could come up with that meant the same as succint and concise. Hope at least one of us helped you!!!
