run a windows update for possible driver solution otherwise right click my computer click properties enter device manager and see if any issues are highlighted if they are click on them and select update driver you may be prompted to insert your windows disc if the drivers are not contained within the windows disc get back to me domphengi@yahoo.co.uk or I'm me right now

Go to control panel then to Sounds and adjust your sound there...It may be set to mute if so just uncheck the mute boxes..Good Luck

do you have speakers for your comp? maybe their not attacted or installed. if you go to start on the bottom of the screen and click control panel, theres an icon for speakers and sound. i think it can tell you whats wrong with it

Tell your computer to automatic update it will find the driver you need.
