The drivers door is the most used door, and window.
Depending on vehicle. The squeaking can be from a worn plastic part in door.

It also could be just some "dirt/dust" in the channels the glass runs up and down in.

As was stated, Drivers door is most used. (drive through banking, directions) , so is probably the Gaskets around the Window or the Crank and or Drive elements inside the door itself. The Tracks that raise and lower the window can and often are the point of wear. There are Nylon or Rubber gaskets and Felt sliders that all come into play on the window function.
With any mechanicall device, they are prone to deterioration in design by the constant use.
It very well could be as simple as a little grease and or oil, but one would have to inspect it that has the specs and recommended lubrication points as well as the proper lubricant to use. During inspection, may as well check all the Moving Parts to ensure there is not a fault that will one day leave the window in a fixed position.

Needs oiling with the moving gears. Need to go to a professional denter. Especially in rain, or driving too much in dust. Also do not apply brakes when three wheels on the gravel, loose sand, you gotta use "thinking distance safe distance method"and no tail gaiting, this is a bonus advice. ha.ha.

If they are motorized then the motor might have to be replaced. Or the window is alittle out of track.
