it will be my first Job interview ever! I am just needing to know what to expect! I think they are going to be interviewing as part of a group so any pointers? anyone that has worked there or been through the interview process id be so thankful to hear from you!!!and do they rely on physical appearence just as badly as abercrombie and hollister?

I worked for the Gap for 2 years while in college. It is a great place to work and they do take the interview process seriously. When I interviewed with them, it was a group interview. This can eliminate some of your nervousness, but it also means you need to stand out. Dress professionally, and be ready to answer questions, like why you are the best person for the job. They may also throw situational questions at you such as how to handle a situation with a disgruntled customer. Be confident and give them all you've got. And, after the interview, it is never a bad idea to follow up. I'm still convinced that is part of what got me the job; I wanted it and just did not give up. Call them once a week to see how their decision making process is shaping up if you don't hear anything. This just shows persistance and that you are taking this opportunity seriously.
