Run time errors have to do with any kind of script you are viewing on your computer screen. Script can be written words or photos or graphics. Anything you can view.

A run time error could be the fault of the person who wrote the program. This happens a lot when a new program is introduced. Like right now with Yahoo. They are changing the home page, Beta mail and PhotoMail, all at the same time. All of these different programs have to learn how to "play nice" with each other. If they have errors, you will be the one to see the error message (makes you feel like you did something wrong, doesn't it?)

But run time errors can also be caused by a virus that got into your computer. So here's a couple of things you can try. Make sure your antivirus program is current (has the latest updates) and run a full computer scan.

Next, make sure you have disabled (turned off) the Windows script debugging tools. This is real easy to do.

1. Click the start button, then control panel, then internet options.
2. You should see the Internet Options dialog box with a bunch of tabs across the top.
3. Click the advanced tab (all the way over on the right.)
4. Look under "Browsing" for 2 "Disable Script Debugging" boxes.
One for Internet Explorer and one for Other. Put a check mark in those boxes. You have now disabled (turned off) script debugging. (Only programmers need these anyway.)
5. Now make sure there is NO checkmark in the box "Display a Notification about Every Error" Restart your computer.

Hopefully, this will eliminate most of the error messages you receive. But if you're using Yahoo, you won't be able to eliminate them all.

If you really want to learn more about run time erorrs, here's a neat little link from a Microsoft geek. Actually, what I wanted to say was, if you really want to get a massive headache learning more about run time errors..... :-)

to keep my answer simple, go to: http://www.freewarefiles.com/program_9_100_9367.html

download and install this TweakNow RegCleaner, then run the application, and delete all the items with green tags which are safe to delete. this application fixes almost all your windows system and registry errors.

run this application everytime you are having some windows errors, and after uninstalling numerous programs over the time.

cheers, good luck!
