While there is no biological reason for two ADULT adopted siblings to engage in sexual activity, there are many reasons why it is not a good idea. In most areas it is still incest, and considered illegal. There is also the situation where you two were raised as brother and sister, so you should remain on that level!
The real question is why you would want to do something like this? Are you that bad with people that you cannot find a girlfriend?
