My boss plays favorites with people on my team, and gives special privileges (including bonuses) to the attractive women on our team. I have spoken up in the past for issues that have bothered me and I know he doesn't like me anymore because I tend to give him a hard time since he screws up a lot of things for us and always blames someone else for his mistakes. Recently, a new attractive female coworker seems to have caught his attention and they seem to have an inappropriate relationship. They email each other all day about god knows what, go to lunch just about everyday and never invite anyone else to go, and whisper to each other constantly. It is very obvious that something is going on and he has a new favorite, but I don't know if I should speak up and tell him that it bother us, or just let things take it's course and let it all catch up to him. Can someone please give me some advice? Thank you.

Find a new job. Seriously. It will only get worse over time. My ex-boss did the same thing and I said something about it. Shortly afterward I was fired. FOR NOTHING!

He is the boss and you aren't the boss. If the company wanted you as the boss they would have done so. If I were in charge and seen you wasting so much time watching what other people are doing instead of doing your own job, I would have fired you. Clear enough?

You can't change you bosses behaviour. You can only move yourself lower on his list by criticising him. Since it bothers you that much, why don't you start looking for another job?

It really isn't your busness, unless you are being passed over for promotion,or are having to do more as a result. So let it run it's course and you'll have a good chuckle when it all catches up to him.
