Maybe blue and green
Or lime green and yellow
Bright orange and hot pink look good together but kind of girly

If you're not going for too girly I would recommend red and white. Red is vibrant powerful and right in the middle of girlie and manly. It's a very unisex color but at the same time very classy. And the white serves as a soothing complimentary color.

I like and nice striking green with some cool desgins in white! Its hot for both girls and guys...just picture it.
