It is make up with a tint. Unlike rouge which has a redish tint, bronzer has more of a golden/brownish tint which is meant to give the illusion of a "healthy" tan without the exposure to harmful rays. It should be placed in areas of the face that would normally be kissed by the sun (cheecks, forehead and nose-- but do it lightly! you don't want to look dirty).

Bronzer is used to give your skin a soft glow. I like MAC bronzer and Bare Escentuals, although you can find it at the drug store. Physicians Formula makes a good one.
To use, swirl some on a brush ( fluffy blush brush is what I use), and apply to your forehead by your hairline, the top of your cheeks, your nose and chin. Any wear the sun touches your skin.
You can also use bronzer to contour your cheeks. To do that, apply under the cheek bones and under your jaw bone, then use a lighter color blush.

Its great for making your skin appear tan and gives it a soft glow. Its great for summertime and i use that rather than foundation in the summer. Great stuff, my favorite is Sunny mosaic bronzer blush from Avon it's $10 and its the best stuff!!

It makes you look like you've been in the sun. It's also good for blending in too much reddishness. The best way to apply it is swept accross the cheekbones with a large brush, and a little bit accross the bridge of the nose.

It is supposed to make your skin glow, giving you a tanned look. It is best for already tanned skin, and I never use it because my skin is far too pale. It turned my face a glittery orange no matter what brand I used.

It gives you a wonderful sun-kissed look. It makes you look radiant and healthy. It is much more natural looking than blush and is used over a larger area of your face, conturing it in a way that makes you look just beautiful...provided it is not overly applied.

Its a great alternative to blush. It gives your skin the look of being in the sun. I use it on the apples of my cheeks, forehead and the bridge of my nose.
