The Redskins have a shot...but must keep Brunell healthy, as they are in a tough division for Jason Campbell to compete against.
They have a very balanced offense and tough but unspectacular defense. They lost La Var Arrington. We'll see if they are as good or better without his so-called "free-lancing".
IF the O-line can improve and Brunell stays healthy they could fend off the Cowboys, Giants and Eagles...but I'd say its too tough a road to predict a Super Bowl. Any team in that division could win...but all have holes to fill. I like Dallas on top barely...but the Redskins could easily make me eat my words.
Carolina is in a tough division too...but I think they are a better team and deeper than I've seen any team in years. Tampa is solid. Seattle could compete with an even improved defense (2nd best in NFC)...and a solid offense. I'd say Seattle should have the easiest road back with only a decent AZ team to compete with and a fair St. Louis team (defense is suspect for each).
Chicago could also be difficult with a stellar defense...but its offense has not improved much except at backup QB, where Griese is a huge improvement over last years rookie Orton.
