Benny and the Jets by elton John: "He had electric boots/a mohair suit" I always heard as "She had electric boobs/a mohair suit."
Wouldn't be so bad, but I'm not the only one that heard it that way!

I'm sure there are.. though I can't think of any now...
The only thing I can think is when I was really little.. the only time I ever heard the National Anthem was at/watching the Braves games.. I always thought the last line was *home of the braves*.

I can't think of any that I've messed up. But I do remember one of my friends whose mom could not get the words right to a song. In the Beatle's song "Ticket to Ride", her mom thought they were singing "She's got a chicken to ride." That was pretty funny.
Edit: Just thought of one. The song by Hootie and the Blowfish called "Hold my hand". I used to think they were singing "Hold my ham".

In the song "Three lions" by David Baddiel, Frank Skinner & the Lightning Seeds, one line in the chorus says "Jules Rimet still gleaming". I always thought it was "Jewels remain still gleaming".

In the Battle Hymn of the Republic, as a small child, I always sang "Glory, glory have a ruler!"

I do it on purpose! Like where Eddie Money's "Two tickets to paradise" becomes "Toothpicks in my parrots eyes" or that country song "Good Hearted Woman" where i go "She's a re-tarded wo-man , in love with a gay chinese man"

Managed to understand Nightwish's "angels fall first".
Where she says: "Needed Elswhere", in that horrible finnish accent of hers, I thought she said "Hey, little sweet". Yup, that bad.
