I have a very flatt butt and it's very embarrasing. The only results that I get when I look on the internet is squats and lunges and they don't seem very affective 2 me!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Sorry, your out of luck... YOu cant make a big *** out of a tiny ***... Just be satisfied with what you have.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but squats and lunges are the best exercises for the glutes. They're hard (the hardest, probably) because they work so well! Try doing them with dumbbells. The legs and glutes are big muscles, so you will need to use some extra weight, not just your body weight.

And remember to stretch!

squats and lunges are very affective. i lost 68 lbs and had the
butt of an 80 yr old. i ordered the firm from an infomercial and boy did it work. lots of lunges and squats. it really works

there is a piece on body building i think will interest you. it has some target exercises and will show you how to work the butt muscles

Do strength training on your lower extremities, by the use of weights.
