I'm not sure about dry DSL but I did find this info for DSL in Hardin. All I can suggest is to contact every provider listed and ask. You may have to go with a business package to get a dry connection.

From: http://www.cityofhardin.com/

High-Speed DSL Internet Service Now Available!
Sprint recently upgraded phone equipment in Hardin to make DSL available to Sprint Local Telephone customers. To check availability at your location, visit http://www.sprint.com/dsl and enter your phone number.

You have at least three options for your DSL Internet Service Provider.

Sprint http://www.sprint.com/dsl
I-Land http://www.iland.net
Socket.net http://www.socket.net

If you choose not to go with Sprint, you need not call Sprint first to set anything up. Your choice of Internet Service Provider will advise you of anything else you need to do before installation.

If you know of any other providers, please contact us so we may list them here.
