i've researched this and it tells me how to get oil stains and everything else, how do i get saliva stains off?

Go to Home Depot and they have this Concerte Cleanser. Becareful it can burn your skin!

A pressure washer should do the trick. If you don't want to go through that expense, try plain old dry Tide laundry detergent, a little water, and a push broom. Spray sidewalk, sprinkle on detergent, and scrub with broom, then rinse.
It really depends on the type of concrete. It sounds like a specialty style since the saliva stained it in the first place. You may have to pressure wash, or have to stain it to cover.

are you sure it is spit, that should just evaporate, try Mauriac acid its a cheap concrete cleaner. about 3-5 dollars a gallon, you need to mix it about 20% acid and 80 water but do not smell it, it will take the air from your lungs. and add water to the concrete and brush, then rinse really good. otherwise it will eat you concrete up. but it will clean anything off your driveway and side walk.

Are you saying water doesnt remove spit "stains" . Can saliva even stain concrete?

hose yur concrete down, n take a bucket, mix salt water n some dishwasher soap, mix n spash, n if i want aDDED effort, get like a mop or sponge out n WORKKK on the stains as well.... good luck!

Call a concret guy and ask him to acid wash it and then add some color and sealer on top of it. It will look band new.

You need to buy:

Simple Green Cleaner.

A stiff scrub brush

A bag of fresh cow manure.(50 pound bag)

Pour the cleaner on the stains.

Scrub with brush.

Rinse.

Fling hand full of cow poo at the next numb skull who spits on the floor.
