It's about three college students; a girl and two guys, one of whom is homosexual. These three students are actually roomates. The story is based around the triangle love and sexual relationship between them. One of the guys falls for the girl while the girl is crazily in love with the homosexual guy. I believe it's an X-rated movie because of the excessive scenes of nudity and love-making.

Nope, not Reality Bites, TankTop got it right, it's called Threesome. And it actually is an R rated film. A lot of scenes where cut, the two guys even had a one-on-one scene
