It could mean you strained your throat when throwing up or it can mean inter bleeding. Best question is to ask is there any further signs of blood coming out without throwing up or blood in the stools I'm not being funny this is what that will ask at a DR's office or hospital ? How many times have you thrown up also comes into it all..
