Ask a doctor.

Well, every person is different. My husband had testicular cancer that had spread to his lung. He went through chemo and surgery to remove the "root of the problem". 3 years in remission, and I got pregnant and we have a healthy baby boy.
Go to your Urologist and ask them to check your sperm count. Sometimes, it just takes it a while to get back up. But everything basically depends on how much chemo you had, and how long. And I'm guessing they treated it very aggressively because you were young, that's what they did to my husband. Best of luck to you!

well you still can as long as you have at least 1 testicle. I would wait though and ask my doctor about how long it takes until the chemicals from the chemotherapy are out of your body, they can effect the quality and viability of your sperm. Also you are 19, enjoy college and being young before becoming a dad. You can also go to a fertility clinic and have the quality/viability of your sperm tested, they can also tell you if the sperm have been effected by the chemo. Congratulations on beating cancer.

We have a friend who had one testicle removed and went through chemo and had 2 children with no interventions after that. If you want a definitive answer you could go in for fertility testing to check in your specific case.

Every chemo is different and every person's bodies react differently. Some chemotherapy will leave a person steril so you should speak to your oncologist or doctor about getting your fertility tested.

Yes you can. I have a cousin that was born due to my uncle thinking that he was sterile due to the chemo and radiation treatments. He was only sterile for a time. Sterility will return, and you will be able to have children at some point. If you are not wanting children, I suggest that you start exercising caution.

it depends on whether or not the cancer was in both testes.
if not, it depends on your sperm count and a willing woman(wink)
talk to your doc to find out for sure
