I would go in to the doctor and make sure you circulation is up to par. It sounds like it is systemic if all of your limbs are falling asleep off and on. You could have a disease process called peripheral neuropathy.. especially if you have diabetes. Go in and get some simple tests done to make sure it is nothing serious, or preventable.

This could be symptoms of a pinched nerve or some other nerve disorder...such as Multiple Sclorosis. Make an appointment right away and get checked out. Good luck!

What type of exercise are you doing?
what type of job do you have?

---if you are sitting / using a keyboard more than walking, swimming I would suggest get up and move

if you have a desk job get up every hour and just walk for a good 5 mins or so and at lunch take a nice gentle walk

Well, keep trying to keep them in motion, and they won't fall asleep all the time.
