Im not exactly fat, but I just had a baby in febuary he is my third child. I had gotten very big in the belly with my kids, and weighed about 165 pounds on the day of delivery.

I am now 115 pounds or so, and I do excercise daily about 45 minutes with renoun Trainer Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets Video.

I try to eat right, but being on the go with 2 kids all the time makes it a little bit harder. I try to stay under 1000 calories a day. And I drink plenty of water with the occasional coffee or soda.

I would like to keep some of the weight, I dont want to be anorexic. I just want my tummy to be flat and toned like it was before.

My husband comes home in November of this year, and I would like some advice on how to loose the " Baby Belly " before he gets back.

I served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Trust me when I say that the last thing your husband is thinking about right now is if you have a tight belly! Come November, he will come back a different person and will have an appreciation for you and your child that no physical conditioning will overcome. Be true to him, pray for him, and take care of yourself!

God Bless!

Honestly , I think you need to be more realistic about your expectation.

If you are only 115lbs and you are already in such a small size.... You are probably doing the best you can. Your Core Exercise program is a good one.

2 words of advice:

Please don't eat less than 1000 calories a day. It's not healthy. If you are the mother of three, running around as I'm sure you do, you should be eating between 1100 -1250 calories a day. Make sure that they are "GOOD" quality calories: lean meats, lots of veggies and fruits, dairy for the calcium and watch the sweets.

My last word is: BE PATIENT and give yourself TIME. Running around after 3 kids will rev up your metabolism which will eventually help you to flatten your tummy.

If it never goes back to where it was originally there is always a "tummy tuck" when you are all done having the babies.

Good Luck!

PS keep reminding yourself of your very own words....your husband loves you the way you are.

Weight Watchers points is the only thing that ever worked for me. In 2003, I lost 45 lbs, then I got pregnant. In 2004, I had gained 75 pounds with my daughter. Weight Watchers again, lost 50 lbs. It is the only sensible program out there. Since you don'y have to buy special food or products, you can learn the program and then do it at home. It is also safe, and something you can live with and incorporate into your family's meals as well.

I think your weight is ok, don't go under 112 lbs. Just do sit- ups and massage in the belly area. Don't drink soda at all. Also, you could try wearing a girdle every day, at least for a couple of hours.

YOUR 115 POUNDS!! your weight is what some girls envy! if you want your tummy to be flat, just do some crunches and sit-ups and try getting an ab roller, it tones both your arms and abs. Doing some yoga can help tone all different parts of your body too.

Try skipping with a rope to some nice, fast music.

No, I'm not kidding.
