YES, I AM BEING A SMART ***. BUT ITS A SERIOUS SITUATION. WHY ARE THEY BEING TREATED LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM? GAY PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A GOOD LIFE AND DESERVE TO HAVE SOME STABILITY IN LIFE FOR THEIR FAMILIES. AND RESPECT AS WELL.

I prefer my employees keep their jobs. Too many sick calls and it is adios, baby. And, unfortuantely, in the past, the Gays I have hired (I am gay) have not worked out well. They have a tendency to call in sick on Mondays ...weekend drinking binge??? Laid up with a trick??? and yet expect to be paid for a days work undone. Hmmmmm something wrong with this picture, isn't there?
