People cannot control their dreams. It is impossible.
However, if you possessed good memory, you can say that when you recall the dreams you had, it is usually connected with the things happened to you during the day...Say a long lost ex-boyfriend bumped into you in the supermarket. And then you dream of him that night...Or you cut yourself in the kitchen while you are cooking then later at night, you dream of killing somebody or anything similar to that situation. It happens to me most of the time so don't fret.
Maybe you two always discuss about not cheating on each other so he keeps having dreams like that. It's harmless, so no worries.

Keep in mind this is merely an objective observation. Try not to take any part of the answer personally. Also, you need to set aside the "dream" aspect of this in order to address the issue.
Assuming you are being honest in stating you are not cheating on him, there are most likely one of two reasons he is doing this:
- He has extreme insecurity issues.
- He is cheating on you, himself.
The scary part is, the latter answer has a strong likelihood. MANY people who accuse others of cheating are cheaters themselves. For that reason alone, it may not hurt to start monitoring his activities.
You can start by going online and purchasing SpyRecon to monitor his online activity, secretly. You can go to http://www.viewsecret.com/ to get this.
The next thing you'll want to do is to try to get close to a couple of people he works with that he's NOT close to. This way you can at least monitor his social interactions at work to a degree.
Lastly, it won't hurt to have a friend of yours check him out from time to time.
If he's NOT cheating on you, then it is almost certainly a security issue. For that, I strongly recommend getting counseling for you both. There's an underlying issue that needs to be dealt with.
Hope this helps put the issue in perspective.

The two of you should see a marriage counselor. He may be very insecure in the marriage and the dream is a manifestation of that fear. Or, he may feel subconsciously that he is not a good lover and that he's afraid you'll look elsewhere.
In the meantime, make him feel secure. Tell him that you love him, that you're proud of him, that he's a good lover, that your horny for him. Do something for him that has nothing to do with sex. Think of something sexual that you have never done and try it with him.

It is his insecurity. He is scared of you leaving him. Dreams are sometimes a sign of insecurity and he should not wake up mad at you if you are not cheating on him.

eventually he's going to use the dream as justification for trying to control you or for leaving you.
because you must have done something wrong.
I think he feels part of your personality is too strong or too available, but the problem is really about maturity and social adjustment.
