I do believe that the most recent home pregnancy test is 5 days before your missed period. I know that usally a blood test will tell you before a urine test so you may want to see an obgyn. If you take a home test and it comes up not pregnant I would take another if you become late, home test will not always work the first time.

Most tests performed by doctors can show pregnancy or not by 10 days after conception. The same goes for home pregnancy tests, but they recommend waiting 5 days after you've missed a period for the most reliable results with the home tests.

Usually as soon as you can take a pregnancy test which is pretty reliable after the first day of your missed period.
Some women can find out a bit sooner, depending on ovulation and which pregnancy test they are using.
But, a general answer would be after the first day of your missed period.

10 days after ovulation you can take some early pregnancy tests. Most say 14 days after ovulation. You may start to get symtpoms before that, though.
