so does anyone think i should call labor and delivery?

bruising on the tummy is natural, it's not bad,but not that great either. talk to your obgyn and discuss the problem.
it may look like a bruise, but it may not be,it could be anything from an iron defficiancy problem to internal bleeding.
go to your gyno NOW!!!

No I never have and with knowing a lot of mothers i have never heard of such thing unless its stress marks that have been scratched to much. The best advice to give with you being so close to delivery would be consult your doctor just in case the baby has broken the water sac or something best of luck to you and your baby!

I did because my daughter kept kicking me in the same spot over and over. Try moving the baby in a different position.

It is quite normal phenomenon during pregnancy, Every pregnant women develops them.

no but it looks like I have bruising because im so pale you can see every single vain in my stomach
