The first name that popped into my head was Michael. But, I am guessing you are aiming towards non-traditional, and that's good. I love unique names. So, um, let me think... how about Tristan Archimedes, Tristan Laurent, Tristan Demetrius, Tristan Isaac...
The problem with Tristan Aries is that the two can easily be ran together to sound like one word: Tristanaries.

How about Tristan Alan or Tristan Jacob (then his friends could call him TJ kids always like nicknames) Tristan Aries is hard to say, but I do really like the name Tristan.

Are you due in the Spring? Will Aries be the zodiac sign? If so, then go with Aries. Otherwise, I would choose another middle name. I personally like Tristan Kai.
