i have similar problem, 100 bulk messages a day which are auto deleted after a week. i can delete them all by clicking "empty" by bulk folder, but 1% may be something a do want.
try? open new account, then set your bulk filters, etc.
then import/export all your messages to new account.
may be a geek can add to this idea if it works.
you can have messages filtered to specific folders, etc, then delete the whole folder.
don't forget to tighten up your spam settings on your old yahoo address if you keep it

There is no quick way, the other two posts are great ideas.

But to be honest, if you got 64,000 message past the built in Spam blocker that Yahoo has, then you are going to have email problems all the time. At least click on Options and Spam Protection links to verify you have spam blocker turned on.

If it is, then if I was you, I would just delete my Yahoo Mail account and recreate it.

Here is the page to delete your yahoo user if you choose to go that route: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user

If you don't have any other option, doing this will make deleting your e-mails lil bit easier:

Go to options,
Select general prefenerences,
Under Inbox/Folders, select 200 messages per page from a drop-down menu,
and save it...
Now start deleting the messages page by page...
