Yeah, no doubt. With everything else going on in this fu**ed up old world, they don't have anything better to do than be voyeurs. Unfortunately, I'm not being sarcastic.
They're afraid that some of us might be pissed off and we want back some of the marbles that they stole from us. It's probably time to put more Prozac in our beer, milk, and Big Macs again. Or maybe put even lamer shows on TV. Some of us are exhibiting signs of Thinking again. Can't have any of that. Move on people, nothing to see here, nothing to see.

Of course they are. Don't let them fool you by saying they only watch people they suspect are terrorists. If you write something wrong on this forum they'll watch you alright. And don't forget that they can tap your phone without a warrant as well.
