look around you and see how the world is falling apart. but seriously, he's not retarded because he tricked half of america into voting for him. so i guess its some of the citizens who are retarded. he was so smart as to come up with a word for al gore flip flop and its kinda clingy so thats why he won. the average american is dumb enough to just fall for nice sounding things.
dont take this offensively unless u voted for him.
im an american too, but most americans are just dumb enough to fall for anything.

Actually, it's PRESIDENT Bush.
It's ok to be critical, even insulting if you like. That's one of the freedoms that the US is founded on...but have respect for the office.
FYI, the clinical definition of mental retardation is:

While the IQ of President Bush isn't readily available, his SAT scores are. He got a 1206, which put him in the 83rd percentile.
It's safe to assume that he's smarter than the vast majority of people you know.
