I had a math teacher like that.
All the boys said he favored me but I really didn't like the attention.
He was around 50 and I was 14... I though it was awful!

My advice to you is the same I gave my schoolmates: chill out. The school year will end soon. Just don't confront him with that or he will take some kind of revenge on you.

A friend of mine had a similar situation in school. His class as a whole decided to do something about it. They all did a paper and handed it in with each others' names on it. As they had thought, all of the papers were returned and graded in accordance with the teachers' bias towards each individual. Though it proved their theory, they did have to explain it to the principal. So - I'm not trying to push you to do something that will get you into trouble!

One other note: You'll find in life that your always being graded by partial teachers. Sometimes it's your parents, sometimes your bosses, sometimes the government. Bias is built in all of us - it develops over time based on our experience. Learning what you can do to overcome that bias is a great lesson in life.

When you learn how to please the teacher, you'll be much more successful in the class.

if you have proof, them turn him in. I used to have a High School football coach that was awsome. A real players kind of coach. But he was a middle school assistant teacher and a substitute that couldn't keep wish hands off of the 7th grade girls. One of them was my sister. I didn't know anything about it, until he was fired. The girls all got together and went to the principal together and turned him in after a chest touching incedent. After that, the football team got together and F@#$ed up his house. (Keep in mind that as good of a coach as he was, many of us had 7th grade sisters.)

Go see your principal and talk to him/her about it. There are usually teachers like this in every school, and I think everyone has had to deal with it at one point in their lives. Just do your best, school doesn't last forever!

Complain to the principal if you believe is behavior is biased or inappropriate. You can do so anonymously if you feel more comfortable.
