I want to know : in both the House and Senate is there a list of how the congressmen and the senators voted on the bills that were presented?

Yes. They keep a role on every vote. Yeah, Nay, or Abstain. Glad to see you asked a question. You had me confused for a few minutes.

That should be available on the Legislative website. In Canada, we have something called Hansard where we can obtain the word by word record of all debates, committees, etc. as well as votes, who voted and the status of any Bills. I am sure there is something like that for the quacks in Washington as well ;-)

Yes, they do keep records of how each person votes. They sometimes use that information against each other during elections.
