i think women have two womb so i just want to know if one is off can one work effectively

You don't loose your womb to an abortion, you just loose the fetus inside, yes you can get pregnant again, right away in fact, so birth control is important unless you both want a baby.

Do you mean fallopian tube or ovary? Because yes, women do have two ovaries and two fallopian tubes, and if one of these is removed, conception is possible. But there is only one uterus, and without it, you can't carry a baby.

Women have only one womb. But abortion is very dangerous to have, so I suggest to wait until you are married to have sex, then you don't have to worry about becoming pregnant.
