red lump on the outside of the vagina, very sore and i can feel it rubbing as i walking around. its only popped up in the last few days, i have had a urine infection so i was wondering if this could be part of it. also i sweat alot in bed, the sheets can end up very wet in the mornings. Also every morning i wake up feeling very very dry like i have been drinking the night before.. could this lump be a disease of some sort?

You should call your doctor/go in to see your gyn to check you out. Whatever you have might need to be treated.

This sounds like HPV something you need to get checked out. This could be from an STD. Can cause cancer if not checked out.

It may be something bad, but it may be just a ingrown hair. You should get it checked out just to be safe though.

its possible that it could be i would call monday and get a apt with you gyn to see whats going on.

it could be an iritaion or syphilis
