please use hdd regenerator software. it really works.

if the sectors are damaged on the hard drive there is nothing that u can do to fix this since its more phyiscal damage.
best idea is to run a full scandisk so it will tell windows not to write to that part of the hard drive.
there is programs out there that claim to fix these but never found 1 that does a proper job.

i know 2 ways
1st is DM (Disk Manager) which comes with harddisk (its in floppy) this is used to do low level format of Hard disk and can repair bad sectors to an extent. BUT.... it is not easy to understand and run DM so try 2nd method
2nd is running third party softwares like "Partition Magic" which does low level formatting with ease. (Runs only in Dos mode)
