Superman definitely; doesn't anyone remember the Marvel vs. DC crossover thing back in the day when they paired Superman against the Hulk? Superman said something like, "Sorry big guy, I don't have time for this" and knocked the Hulk OUT COLD with like one punch. You can't mess with the the guy with the big red S. As far as Guardian goes, he ain't no Hulk.

If the event were to occur within the confines of deep space, Guardian would win.

However, if the event occurred on earth or on a system near a yellow sun, Superman would win, since his Kryptonian cells act as living solar batteries.

Awsome question!
Since they would probably wrestle for weeks, I would say Superman would have the upper hand in the daylight and Guardian in the night.
Guardian is no Hulk, because Guardian can beat the snot out of the Hulk.

I agree with peaceful wreck. Kryptonians get their strength from sunlight. By the way, this question belongs in the trivia section.
