of cubans, I am part cuban and I wanted to know what people thought of them, because at school I get harrassed by some people because of it.

The cigars or people? Cigars are just smelly. But the people and music are interesting. Kinda feel bad for those still under communist rule. I hear that life is truly difficult there.

i think that you shouldn't let anyone sway you negatively about being cuban (all or in part). i think that those that needle you do so out of ignorance. they choose to stay ignorant because they choose not to learn anything about you or your culture. if anything, you should feel disheartened for them because they accept their ignorance as fact.
every person of color has a very rich heritage. embrace that, embrace you.

Well,I've had Cuban, friends, & they are so nice.I really don't judge them, or, see them as indifferent, from us as well as other Cultures, of people.
