Hasselhoff by a long shot. He's doing "America's Got Talent" that's very cheesy.

It may depend on where you live. If you live in Germany, you'd say Selleck, because you couldn't refute the dominance of Hasselhoff. In the US Hasselhoff would win because even though Selleck has been in less popular vehicles, Hasselhoff has been in more 'sell out' vehicles. Baywatch, reality shows. How can you get cheesier?
Selleck has been on broadway and in lesser known moves and TV movies.
I live in the US, so I say Hasselhoff!
