It makes no sense to have such pride in a civilisation that was conquered by such a small force, had human sacrifice, sacrificed children, and only lasted about 100 years come on people what is wrong

you should be proud of your heritage no matter what, but the aztecs did get a few kills against the spanish, more than the incas.

Yes of course it does! Thats really not a fair question. People have the right to be proud for being whatever they are, aren't you proud to be of the origin and nationalities you are. My guess is not all of them are perfect either. The people that are proud, aren't proud because of how they were conquered they are proud because of the culture Aztecs are responsible for a lot of great things. Maybe you should focus more on why they are, rather than whats good about them if they were so easily conquered! Plus my guess is you only know a few Aztecs and you really shouldn't judge an entire culture based on the little knowlege you have, try to be more open. Good Luck.

that's because they were early day mexican's.

The mexicans were defeated again in 1835 at the battle of San Jaciento....

They really haven't tried to do much since.

My mascot in high school was the Aztec. So I dunno.
