Because those who endorse that prohibition mistakenly believe that (1) if a man and a woman become friends, they will very likely become lovers, and that (2) the combination of sex and friendship is always a bad one. I strongly disagree with both statements, but explaining why I do would be to answer a different question.

Girl cannot have friendship with boys because boy just act like he friend but boy really just want sex from girl. Girl not always know this..

The beauty of it is, that if not allowed then you will definitely desire it. If allowed ,that will become plain, routine and tasteless eventually. I am sure that you are not short of desire to create that friendship as soon as it will be possible, isn't it? So forbidden fruit always increasing intensity of desire to have something...that is a blessing and that is a curse.
