Get one of those pink sponge pads and cary in your purse or if you're a guy I don't know where you can put it. When your face gets oily you wipe it down. You can get em at the local pharmacy for less than 5 binkos.
Don't know what being very black has to do with an oily face tho'.

well u should use face wash that says 'from oily to dry skin', wash ur face atleast 5 times a day, don't use too much makeup and wipe ur face with tissue every 20 minutes

Try using Mary Kay's Velocity facial cleanser and moisturizer ($22/set). It's really good for oily skin.

Use Lacto Calamine and carry sponge pads in your bag all the time!!

use oil absorbibg pads when needed. also a creame foundation covered by pouder will help. make sure to reapply the pouder. good luck
